It takes place in a traditional bath house and includes steam baths with aromatherapy in the temperature of 45°C to 50°C and almost 100 % air humidity. A steam bath has particularly beneficial effects for your airways. Humid heat of a steam bath has a positive influence on the look of your skin. It also improves blood circulation, detoxifies the body, and relaxes tired muscles.
The sauna treatment should consist of 3 cycles of alternate heating and cooling. Each cycle should take around 10-15 min. You should rest after the treatment for around 20-30 minutes and drink liquids. We recommend using the steam sauna once a week; in justified cases you can use it twice or thrice a week.
