The park is divided into two parts: the historical section, featuring a classic layout of paths and old trees, and the newer, more spacious part, separated by the Maskalis stream. The central point of the park is the “Marconi” Sanatorium – a historic building from 1836, which is a symbol of the health resort.

One of the most recognizable places is the “Avenue of Dreams,” which leads to the main gate of the park. In the past, there was a symbolic entrance fee, which was abolished only in the mid-20th century, making the park more accessible to everyone.
