Ukierunkowany jest głównie na profilaktykę. Zawiera program ćwiczeń , które każda kobieta może wykonać niezależnie od wieku, w grupie ale tez sama w domu .

Metoda BeBo zawiera wiele składowych. Przede wszystkim uczy pacjentki prawidłowego zachowania w toalecie i ergonomii wykonywania czynności dnia codziennego w taki sposób, aby jednocześnie chronić dno miednicy. 

Czy każda kobieta potrzebuje treningu brzucha i  dna miednicy ? 

Znaczna większość kobiet ma osłabione mięśnie dna miednicy, choć spora część nie zdaje sobie z tego sprawy. Objawy pojawiają się dopiero z czasem, gdy organizm się starzeje lub jest obciążany czynnikami zewnętrznymi. Na osłabienie mięśni dna miednicy w przypadku kobiet wpływ mają przede wszystkim:

-regularne treningi siłowe i skocznościowe

Manual Therapy

This is an up-to-date, individual, physiotherapeutic system of locomotive organ dysfunction treatments.

It consists in diagnosing and treating structural disorders of the locomotive organs: joints, muscles and nerves. The manual therapy is composed of appropriate tests, detecting disorders of mobility, as well as techniques aiming to restore a proper joint game and balance of the muscle work. All the above techniques are performed manually by the therapist. They are based on mobilisations and adjustments applied to the spine and limb joints, but also on applying pressure to soft tissues (muscles, fascia, ligaments, tendons), which, in turn, stimulates the nervous system.

To complement the training session with a therapist, we teach self-mobilisation exercises, which you perform on your own at home, and which improve, or maintain, proper mobility.

The healthy spine

Exercises conducted in the form of group classes aimed at improving muscle trophy and the feeling of proper body posture.

 

Training is both prevention and therapy for back pain. It allows you to restore optimal flexibility of contracted tissues and increases the range of motion in individual joints. Particular attention is paid to strengthening the muscles that determine the position of the pelvis, including: buttocks, abdomen and hips as well as deep muscles responsible for stabilizing the spine.

Class time: 30 minutes.
