The Sulfur Reduction Diet (SDR) course is just for you! Regardless of your level of training, under the supervision of our multidisciplinary team, you will achieve your goals!
SDR is a comprehensive program for normalizing metabolism, focused on slimming and fitness activities and learning a healthy lifestyle, additionally as a metabolic rate accelerator, using treatment with drinking sulphide water. During the program, we provide care from a dietitian, personal trainer, physiotherapist, cosmetologist, doctor and nurse.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

BOOKING INFORMATION:

Hotel check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
The package stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with crenotherapy on the day of departure.
Tourist tax: PLN 6.00 per person/day, payable at the hotel reception in cash.
Possibility to reserve a parking space in advance - PLN 50/day.
