Healthy Spine Program
This is a therapeutic package for people with spinal overload syndrome. If you have a sedentary job or suffer from chronic stress, experience pain and muscle stiffness, take painkillers but the pain keeps returning. Take care of your spine through proper therapy, thanks to which you will reduce or prevent your pain ailments, relax and relieve your muscles and joints.
The package includes:
- 5 nights
- buffet breakfasts
- served dinners (appetizer, soup, main course, dessert)
- specialist medical advice or physiotherapeutic examination
- 5 x physical therapy treatment per stay per person
- 5 x therapeutic bath /sulfur or peat mud suspension or hydromassage/ per stay per person
- 5 x classic massage 15 min per stay per person
- 2 x vibration massage per stay per person
Additionally:
- daily aqua fitness classes
- access to a rehabilitation pool purified with nanosilver
- access to the cardio room
- access to the sauna area
- Kneipp path
- access to "Level 3" relaxation area on the hotel roof with outdoor jacuzzis, saunas and loungers

Rehabilitation packages are intended for adults. The hotel does not provide rehabilitation for children and youth.
Reservation information:
- Paid monitored parking /limited spaces/
- Breakfast in the hotel restaurant 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
- Dinner in the hotel restaurant 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
- The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
- Tourist tax: 6.00 PLN per person/day payable at the hotel reception in cash.
- Possibility of early garage reservation - 60 PLN/day.
